Comfort Inn Syosset-Long Island

This hotel was excellent place for exploring Syosset, appreciated it and venue's amazingly nice and consistently courteous staff from the housekeeping staff to the front desk folks to the manager.

It was perfect for our plans. We had plans to visit friends from far out on Long Island and dinner in our favorite resturant in the Village in lower Manhattan. Syosset was our base of operations. We met friends our first nite in Port Washington, attended an outdoor concert in Lido Beach, spent the day in Southold and finishe at El Faros in N.Y.C. Close enough to LaGuadia Airport. Breakfast and the workout room were excellent.

Was surprized there was not a refrigerator in our room, but a hotel should be mostly for sleeping and we did sleep aittle between our busy agenda.

The staff was very welcoming & helpful in all but one case.

The building is located in an industrial area, so windows look out on an auto business, industrial lots. I was unable to use my phone for directions & called the desk for help finding the building on the day I arrived. It required multiple calls to establish the fact that land marks are needed for people from out of town to find the building. The hotel's signs compete with dozens of other signs along the highway & offering a small local deli as a landmark was also not helpful.

Everything was nice.

It's a bit awkward to get ice, since 2nd floor guests have to walk through the lobby.

I liked everything about the hotel. My husband and I stayed for 5 nights and we had no complaints.

The staff was very helpful and were available to assist with our needs. We were there during the January blizzard and Eric who said he was the GM, helped us get in and out of a parking spot. He and the staff also assisted with cleaning off our car with all of the snow and ice prior to our leaving the property.

I was really surprised at the cleanliness of the place. It was immaculate! The breakfast was better than I expected, and the staff really went the extra mile for us. I had a bit of a late arrival, and they made sure we were well taken care of.

It was a bit on the expensive side, but not outrageous.

The staff were cute, especially Sean, who provided really good service . The double room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable environment for my family.

Breakfast timing was inconsistent, leading to a long wait on Sunday morning.

Had no issues with the hotel, staff was great and the hotel was clean The bed was very comfortable.

Staff, bed comfort, cleanliness, everything worked. Offered us a fresh pot of coffee and a pastry before breakfast time.

Limited on grounds parking, thin walls.

The room was spacious and clean, and I really enjoyed the comfy bed after a long day. I loved relaxing in the cozy lounge area and the outdoor patio with its nice seating. One minor drawback was that it took a bit longer for housekeeping to bring fresh towels, but it didn't ruin the overall experience 😊
